Drake’s 2023 summer tour includes stops in Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto
Drake announced details for his North American summer tour with 21 Savage, “It’s All A Blur Tour,” Monday morning on Instagram.
It follows Drake and 21 Savage’s 2022 album “Her Loss.”
The Toronto-born rapper and singer, born Aubrey Drake Graham, confirmed the joint tour with 21 Savage in 28 shows across cities in the United States, including only three shows in Canada.
While Toronto is on that list, it is the only city with details yet to be announced.
The other Canadians dates include July 14 in Montreal at the Bell Centre and Aug. 28 in Vancouver at the Rogers Arena.
The 2023 tour will start in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 16 and wrap up in Glendale, Arizona on Sept. 5.
Presales for Drake’s two confirmed Canadian cities begin this week. The Montreal show’s tickets go on sale March 15 at 10 a.m. EDT, and the Vancouver tickets go on sale March 16 at 12 p.m. PDT.
The rapper had social media abuzz recently when he shared a short interview clip with fellow hip-hop star Lil Yachty’s launch of his new sunglasses line, during which Drake discusses the possibility of a “graceful exit.”
At last summer’s OVO Fest held at the “History” venue he helped open, Drake hosted a slew of Canadian hip-hop, r&b and rap artists like Choclair, Jully Black, Kardinal Offishall, Keshia Shanté and Maestro Fresh Wes.
This is Drake’s first tour in five years. He was last on the road with “Aubrey and the Three Migos” in 2018.
